    Proper layout and material flow in a door shop is very critical. PTS has years of experience in helping companies design their door shop to maximize productivity. We work with you to design a customized solution to work with your particular needs no matter how large or small. We include placement of receiving, shipping, staging, racking, machinery, airlines, power connections, material storage areas and complete material flow.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Priority Tools & Services warranties their machines against defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year, and rebuilt machines for a period of six months, from the date of shipment. All obligations and liabilities under this warranty are limited to repairing or replacing parts only, at our option F.O.B. shipping origin, of such allegedly defective parts as are returned, freight charges prepaid. This warranty does not include labor. All repairs or replacements are made subject to our final inspection of returned parts at Priority Tools. No liability is accepted for consequential damage or installation labor. Priority Tools is not responsible for costs associated with downtime, lost orders or damaged material. Priority Tools is not obligated to send service technicians to make repairs in your facility.

  • Service Support

    Telephone Support

    We do not charge for you to contact us if you are having a problem with your machine. One of our technicians will walk you through how to repair your problem. Qualified technicians are available to handle your problems from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Mon - Fri.

    Preventative Service

    Tailored programs are set up with individual customers to provide regularly scheduled service to help prevent costly breakdowns. Semi-annual maintenance is recommended.

    Scheduled Service

    We can schedule an appointment to have a factory technician at your shop in short order, for a very reasonable cost, keeping your production line up and running. Other calls in the area are done at the same time to help lower the costs.

    Express Service

    For emergencies, when you need next-day service, we offer you expedited service. The cost of expedited service is the same as the normally scheduled service, except that airfare is more expensive without an advance reservation.

  • Preventative Maintenance

    We never want our customers to experience downtime, so we offer a maintenance program designed to make sure your equipment is in the best condition.

  • Setup & Training

    When you buy used or reconditioned equipment from us we can set up and install it for you. PTS sends a field service technician to your location for a majority of its machinery sales. This ensures that the final set-up and training of your personnel on the complete operation and maintenance of the machine is to our rigid factory specifications. Setup and training is available for all new or rebuilt, or reconditioned equipment. We also will train your employees on how to use it to get the maximum efficiency from your equipment. We also will train your employees on how to properly maintain your equipment.

  • Plant & Machinery Relocation

    Are you re-structuring and establishing a new plant or relocating an old shop to a new location? PTS can help. Our factory-trained technicians can disassemble and relocate your equipment seamlessly. We would be happy to assist you with your moving and reassembling needs.
